FREE SHIPPING – Orders $100 and Over
Ski Valley offers free shipping on most orders over $100. Free shipping is applied to your order total after any promotions, credits, coupons, and other discounts are applied. Some exclusions to free shipping apply which includes oversized and overweight items such as bicycles, car racks, skis, and snowboards. Other exclusions may apply. If your order qualifies, at checkout free shipping will be pre-selected.
In-Store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee with be charged.

General Shipping Policies
Ski Valley strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. That includes making sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
Our goal is to ship all items within 48 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For orders placed on the weekends or public holidays, we aim to ship within 24 hours of the next business day. There are times when there are delays in shipping orders. The most common instance of this are:
• Bicycles – Shipping bicycles requires extra time to prepare for shipping.
• When purchasing a bicycle that shows the availability of “In Warehouse”, please allow an extra 5-7 days for shipping.
Every shipment we send receives full tracking information. At the time of the shipment, you will receive an automated email notification with a tracking number (be sure to check your junk mail folder).
Ski Valley ships most items using USPS Ground Advantage. For oversized and overweight items FedEx Ground may be used.
While shipping carrier delays are not common, Ski Valley is not responsible for an order arriving later than the estimated shipping arrival date that is due to a carrier delay.
Standard Return Policy
Ski Valley will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all tags, manuals and accessories provided with the product.
Returns and Exchanges may be made by simply bringing the item(s) you with to return (in new condition) and our staff will process your return or exchange.
There is no need to reach out beforehand or fill out any forms online to start the return/exchange process. Simply provide a note with your name and/or order number and reason for the return/exchange.
When shipping a return/exchange package, please keep these policies in mind:
•The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise. We find that for smaller and lighter items, USPS is the most cost-friendly option.
•You can use any carrier you prefer.
•When creating your return label with your carrier of preference, make sure that “residential address” is NOT selected, shipping to a business typically costs less.
•You do not need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
•Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible.
•Please do not affix labels directly to the product box or use the product box as the shipping box.
•Package your return safely so that items are not damaged in shipping.

General Refund/Return Information
•Special orders and/or customer items such as wheel builds or other services are not eligible for return.
•Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
•Refunds for purchases made with a Ski Valley Gift Card or Ski Valley Store Credit will have a new store credit/gift card issued.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
